ABOUT US

Into Action Recovery was founded in 2015 by a group of concerned citizens whose lives have been directly impacted by alcoholism and addiction. Our board members are either in long-term recovery or have suffered the devastating loss of close family members to this disease. Every member has been affected in a deeply personal way.

This group grew weary of standing by as lives were lost and families were torn apart. What began as a small group of individuals urgently searching for answers has evolved into a strong grassroots organization committed to making a difference and saving lives.

Early on, the group recognized a critical gap in the recovery system: the lack of quality, structured aftercare and sober housing. This shortage presents a major barrier to long‑term recovery for individuals seeking help. From that realization forward, Into Action Recovery made it its primary mission to fill that void.

Beginning in 2015, Into Action Recovery launched a tireless and ambitious fundraising effort with the goal of opening highly structured sober homes for both men and women. These homes are designed to provide long‑term residential support grounded in the 12‑Step model.

Our men’s sober living program, Fox Run Sober Living, has been fully operational since September 2018 and has proven to be a successful, life‑changing resource for many men in recovery.

In partnership with Oranges from Morgan, we proudly opened our women’s sober living program, Morgan’s Sober Living, in December 2025.
